- SpikeGuard feature was added to automatically rescan measurement lines with disturbances. This feature is only available for the CoreAFM and FlexAM products lines in combination with the Isostage 300 vibration isolation table.

- 100 Hz monitoring data stream via dedicated library
- Improved C3000 communication fail-safe allows reconnects during operation
- Introduction of language-invariant codes in error messages
