Efficient planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells employing a solution-processed Zn-doped NiOx hole transport layer

This study show that the efficiency of perovskite solar cells can be significantly improved by using Zinc-doped nickel xoide instead of regular nickel oxide as hole transport material. Thin film morphology was observed using a scanning electron microscope and the Nanosurf CoreAFM atomic force microscope.
