Thin film morphology of efficient planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells observed with CoreAFM
This study show that the efficiency of perovskite solar cells can be significantly improved by using zinc-doped nickel oxide instead of regular nickel oxide as hole transport material. Thin film morphology was observed using a scanning electron microscope and the Nanosurf CoreAFM atomic force microscope.
